Mežotne 2025 is set for August 3rd-9th.

Registration will open February 3rd, 8am PST. While we are expecting registration to fill up quickly and you may find your child’s name on the waitlist sooner than expected, we are often able to quickly place several more kids into the program once we have figured out rooming and group assignments. In the past, we have been able to take off about 4-6 names off the waitlist within 24 hours.

Mazputniņi are for campers ages 4-5 who must attend with an adult chaperone. Please make sure that you sign up for both the Mazputniņi and Mazputniņi Chaperone sessions.
- The General Child session is for campers ages 6-13 who do not attend with an adult chaperone unless an accommodation for a chaperone is needed.

NEW: To align with Kursa curriculum goals to reach high school age students and to support the mission of our organizations:

Mezotne campers will not be eligible to attend both Mezotne and Kursa as campers.

Mezotne campers may attend Mezotne up to the end of their 8th grade year. Rising 9th graders are encouraged to sign up for Kursa, so they can complete four years at Kursa prior to their senior year of high school.

If a chaperone is needed as a disability accommodation, please reach out to Jenny (jennyandra@hotmail.com) to complete a chaperone registration after your child is registered. Do not register as a Mazputniņš chaperone.

Registration fees for all participants is $650. All sessions require a half payment of $325 at time of registration; the remaining balance will be due by June 15th. Full payment may be made at time of registration. Please reach out if there are financial constraints.

For those who are interested in working this summer, please fill out the Staff Application. This is for both paid and volunteer staff. Filling out the staff application does not guarantee a position nor does it mean your volunteer placement will be one of your preferences. While tempting as a parent/guardian, please have your teen/young adult fill out their own application.

- Mežotne gear is available for purchase via Squad Locker. Please be aware that it can take around 4-6 weeks for delivery, so order early.
